Time to ‘unleash’ Dog Daze

It is our pleasure to announce our latest collaboration with RSPCA, Halifax, Huddersfield & Bradford. Dog Daze 4.2% Hazy Pale our first Vegan recipe. We welcomed Rachael and Mike from the RSPCA Branch to the Brewery along with our good friends Amber and Liam from The County in Huddersfield. We had a fantastic day brewing together, learning about the RSPCA Branch and planning our very exciting Dog Daze Launch Party at the County on the 6th October.

We were then joined by, some might say the most important guest Fudge! RSPCA recue pooch who stole the show. We filmed some fantastic promo, had plenty of doggy cuddles and met more of the brilliant RSPCA team.

An all-round amazing experience and project we are chuffed to be a part of. We are donating 15p per pint to the RSPCA branch, with fantastic support from our suppliers Charles Faram and Crisp Maltings who we can not thank enough for their generosity.

The branch relies on the generosity of our local community to help fund their work and without this, they simply would not be able to change their animals lives for the better.

Brewery Tours

This month we have welcomed lots of first-time visitors to the Brewery. With two of our great customers organising ‘pub trips’ to come see us, meet the team, enjoy a tour of our building, talk from the brewers and of course a few samples of Ale. We made some fantastic friendships and hope welcome everyone back to the Brewery once the tap is open.

Wobbly Bob Super Fan

We would like to thank you for your submissions for the Wobbly Bob Super Fan, we have had some fantastic stories shared. The winner has now been contacted and is thrilled with his new title. We look forward to him visiting the Brewery and receiving his gifts! Some honourable mentions include:

• Dennis who has alerts set up on his phone to inform him as soon as Bob is on sale in 8 of his locals! Dave and his perfect Friday night companion ‘Bob’.
• John who nominated his brother Dennis, who says, ‘Bob makes him a super hero’ Disclaimer – while we cannot endorse Dennis’ claim, we do love it!
• And not Forgetting Harry, who is a regular at the Brewery Hatch! We love you Harry and his daughter Bev (You know you are welcome here anytime).
