We will refund items that have been returned to us within 30 days of their order. All items must be returned to the brewery unused and in their original packaging. We will check all items upon return to us.
We will require proof of purchase to process your return. Please contact cheers@phoenixbrewery.co.uk to make us aware of your return. Please highlight in this email the reason for return.
Shipping will be at your own expense.
