Originally brewed for a local pub, White Monk proved to be so popular that this pale ale has become a permanent fixture on our core beer list. Brewed to a higher strength, the addition of crystal malts adds colour and malt character to the flavour of this beer. This balances well with the light citrus aromas of the hops. Refreshing and satisfying.
